We’ve seen the short-term mindset of private equity and venture capital firsthand. Inspired by Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger’s long-term perspective, we built Hemlock Equity to be the company we’d want to sell to: one that holds onto great businesses, cares for employees, mentors future leaders, and focuses on growth as its core function.
